Thank you for shopping with Dolly and Fred! Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping process to ensure a smooth experience.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the following locations:
- United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland)
- International Shipping: We ship to select countries outside of Europe.
Please Note:
Due to the General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR), we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland or any countries within Europe at this time. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 2-3 working days.
- Custom orders may require additional processing time, typically 3-5 working days, this will be agreed with you in advance of the order being accepted.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched
Delivery Times
- Currently, we use Royal Mail Tracked Services for all of our deliveries.
- UK Mainland: Standard delivery typically takes 1-2 working days after dispatch.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Most orders arrive within 7-14 working days.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and size of your order. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, where available. Please note that tracking may not be available for all shipping methods.
Customs and Duties (For International Orders)
For orders outside the UK, customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or if the package is not collected from the delivery depot, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
